Worst Day Ever.

1. I lost my wallet.

2. I am bruised. I was looking for my wallet in the trunk of Erik's car. I slammed the trunk shut and forgot about his bike rack. You can see how that went... needless to say, I'm in a lot of pain.
3. It is finals week.

Girls Night.

I'm actually pretty embarrassed to be putting these pictures up here, but they are just way too funny.

About a month ago, we went up to Jessie's in Salt Lake and had a girls night. We had pizza and ice cream and just did a lot of talking. Sometime around midnight, we decided to put on a ton of make-up and take a bunch of pictures. Here are the results...

I'm a brunette.

For months now, I've been talking about dyeing my hair dark. I never actually thought I would do it. But today, I did.

It was my first time EVER dyeing my hair and I was freaking out... and I'm still freaking out. I've been a natural blond my entire life and this is a HUGE change for me. Its a whole lot darker than I expected and its going to take me awhile to get used to. Right now, I hardly even recognize myself when I look in the mirror.

But, I'm pretty excited about it. This is by far the most daring thing I've ever done. And I'm thinking I'm going to like it a whole lot better when I curl it like I normally do.

Pendulum Court.

Every Monday and Wednesday this semester, Ally and I go to lunch at the Pendulum Court with two of our friends from our Organic Chemistry class, Jason and Mike. Unfortunately, the Pendulum Court closed today and doesn't open until next semester. So sad. It was something I really looked forward to every Monday and Wednesday. We had so much fun talking, laughing and eating amazing food.

We'll definitely have to do it again next semester.

Trunk or Treating.

Tonight we had a Trunk or Treating ward activity.

I threw together a lame Sailor costume at the last minute, complete with a homemade paper hat.

The guys from 309 went as each other. It was so good.

Saturday was Erik's birthday. He came down from Idaho and Ally and I threw him a birthday party. We made him the traditional cake my mom would make for him every year growing up (it was a lot of work). Ally picked up the cake to carry it to the table and then... she dropped it. Half of it fell on the floor and the other half was just destroyed on the plate. We still ate it though.

What I really want to know is who let Ally pick up the cake in the first place.

Haunted House.

We went to a Haunted House with Danni and Maren on Saturday night. I am the biggest wimp when it comes to scary stuff. I get freaked out so easily and usually don't sleep for weeks afterwards. I was really nervous and had been psyching myself out all week.

I gotta tell you, it wasn't that scary. I was actually a little disappointed. Maybe I'm just older now and don't scare as easily. I think the last time I went to a haunted house I was 13.

Or maybe it just wasn't that good of a haunted house.

I have to admit though, I did scream a lot during that last chainsaw part.

What is this?

Ashlie and I were up watching a movie late Friday night around 2 a.m. and noticed some people moving around outside. I went up to the door to look through the peep-hole and see what was going on and I saw three guys on my front step doing... something. I could not figure out who it was or what they were doing. They ran away before I could open the door but THIS was hanging there.

What is it? We have no idea. We think it might be some kind of octopus tentacle or something. My roommate Ashley's fiance Soren accidentally ran into it and said it tasted fishy.

It was so nasty.

Weekend Highlights.

• Taking my first Organic Chemistry test and doing amazing.
• Dancing at Rock the Block for hours in a mass group of thousands of people.
• Staying up until 4:30 A.M. talking with Ashlie and Tyree.
• Sleeping until noon and going to lunch with the girls.
• Went to the mall TWICE on Saturday.
• Seeing Kurtis Kildew for the first time in FIVE years.
• Black and White Party.
• Pies at Village Inn.
• Ashlie using my place as her "Weekend Home."
• Dinner with the Germany group.
• Getting dressed up and going to the Vanity Fair Party.
• Lots and lots of pictures.

September is over and I have to say, it has been a really good month.
